Account And Data Deletion

Delete In The App

Open No2Wait, sign in, go to Profile, scroll to the No2Wait section, and choose Delete account.

The app asks for confirmation before permanently deleting the account, profile, OTPs, help tickets, bookings, memberships, and friend links.

Local Captain Applications

Deleting a No2Wait account also removes the linked Local Captain application or profile through the account deletion process where technically and legally possible.

Local Captain applicants can request deletion of their application, profile, optional document records, and related data. Some records may be retained when required for safety, legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Request Deletion On The Web

If you cannot access the app, email support@no2wait.in with the subject No2Wait account deletion request.

Include the account email or phone number, your full name, and a short note confirming that you want account deletion. No2Wait may ask for verification before processing the request.

Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 7 business days after ownership is verified.

What May Be Retained

No2Wait may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, safety investigations, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, tax, dispute handling, or platform security.

When retention is required, No2Wait will minimize or anonymize personal data where reasonably possible.
