How No2Wait collects, uses, protects, and deletes account, trip, location, support, and communication data.

Account details such as name, email, phone number, gender, password hash, consent status, and sign-in method.
Profile details that users choose to add, including profile picture, bio, city, and app preferences.
Trip and social activity data, including public or private posts, event images, memberships, friends, blocks, content reports, visit verifications, location pins, itinerary requests, help tickets, and admin support history.
Location data only when users request location-based features such as current-state detection, map pins, distance estimates, or visit verification.
Diagnostics such as crash reports, error logs, app version, device information, and performance traces when production crash/error reporting is enabled.
How We Use Data
To create and secure user accounts, send OTPs, support password reset, and send onboarding or itinerary emails.
To show discoverable trips, private trips, friends, trip circuits, completed pins, and achievement progress.
To operate admin tools, moderate user-generated content, resolve help tickets, send requested itineraries, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with app store and legal requirements.
Sharing And Partners
No2Wait does not sell user personal data. We may share limited operational details with email, hosting, crash/error reporting, maps, or support providers needed to run the service.
Sponsored experiences, vendors, or partners may be displayed inside the app. Users should review any third-party booking, rental, or travel terms before engaging with them.
Retention And Deletion
Users can delete their account in the app from Profile, or request deletion at the web deletion page. Deleted accounts remove personal profile and app activity data where technically and legally possible.
Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, dispute handling, or safety investigations, and may be anonymized where appropriate.
