No2Wait does not charge for anything at this time, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. This page will carry the full policy when online payment is turned on.

No2Wait is free to use. Captain Calls and Local Captain trip support - the only two things that will ever be charged for - are both free while online payment is still being set up, so no traveller is charged and there is no payment to cancel or refund.
Because of that, there is no cancellation or refund policy in force at the moment. Publishing one now would describe something that cannot happen.
When This Changes
The full cancellation and refunds policy will be published on this page before No2Wait takes its first payment, and it will apply only to payments made after that point.
Nothing you have already booked or requested becomes chargeable retrospectively.
If You Think You Have Been Charged
No2Wait should not be able to charge you at all right now. If you believe you have been, contact support@no2wait.in with the details and we will look into it and return anything taken in error.
